I take a lot of, probably way too many, shots when I am taking photos. With that, I end up with a lot of photos tossed out. Recently, I have tried to judge less quickly and harshly when scanning through my photos to edit. This one that I took today, would normally have been a toss shot. She’s not smiling, it is super close up, and she has food on her face. But that’s totally her. That’s my child. She is sassy, in your face, and always has something on her face. Shots like this are helping me appreciate the photos that I don’t necessary see as the perfect shot to edit when rushing through.
